Hi, my name is Deborah. I am a qualified fitness instructor and have been in the industry for 25 years, personally training clients and small groups of all ages and fitness levels.

I live by the mantas 'we were born to move' and 'use it or lose it'. I am a firm believer that plenty of moderate movement and good nutrition is the key to staying youthful and being your best self!

I have always loved being active. In 2002 I qualified as a fitness instructor and combined this with a certificate in nutrition; for me fitness and good nutrition go hand in hand. In 2005 I took the personal training and advanced instruction course and since then have attained various other qualifications including Barre Fitness, 'Boxercise', running, core stability, Kettlebells and studied muscle release techniques.

My aim is to help my clients achieve their individual fitness goals whether gentle toning, increasing strength and endurance, weight loss, increased flexibility or all of the above.

Some may want to build up to a 5k, 10k or half marathon be it running or walking, whereas for others it's more about an overall sense of wellbeing or 'me time'.

Whatever the individual wants, I aim to provide a well-balanced and varied enjoyable exercise session and show everyone how to make exercise part of everyday life.
