Tailor made classes incorporating a variety of aerobic, resistance, core and flexibility exercises, using a mixture of free weights, bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, stability balls and boxing, providing you with a safe, balanced and effective training plans.
Specialist 60+ Group Class
I am specifically qualified to teach the 60 + age group. Standing and seated.

Classes include a combination of mobilisation, aerobic, resistance and balance exercises.

The aim is to achieve better balance, strength and flexibility to help prevent falls and maintain the ability to perform activities of daily living always!

For women, menopause is a time when many gain weight and feel ‘softer’.
This is as a result of changing hormones. Making sure you are eating adequate protein, a rainbow of fruit and vegetables, nuts,seeds and legumes as part of a balanced diet and tweaking your nutrition such as cutting down on sugar and reducing complex carbohydrates at night, combined with an appropriate exercise plan will help to combat this change.
