Tailor made 1-1 sessions incorporating a fusion of mobilisation, aerobic, resistance, core and balance. Providing the client with a safe, balanced and effective training plan.

Fitness small group
Group Classes

Each class incorporates a variety of aerobic, resistance, core, flexibility and balance using a variety of disciplines including functional pilates and barre exercises aimed to make you functionally fit for life! I take a maximum of 6 per class.

60+ Fitness  Classes
Specialist 60+ Group Class

I am specifically qualified to teach the 60 + age group. Standing and seated.

Classes include a combination of mobilisation, aerobic, resistance and balance exercises.

​

The aim is to achieve better balance, strength and flexibility to help prevent falls and maintain the ability to perform activities of daily living always!

Nutrition

Personalised nutrition plans to help you achieve your goals whether weight loss, healthier choices or building more muscle.

 

For women, menopause is a time when many gain weight and feel ‘softer’.

 

This is as a result of changing hormones. Making sure you are eating adequate protein, a rainbow of fruit and vegetables, nuts,seeds and legumes as part of a balanced diet and tweaking your nutrition such as cutting down on sugar and reducing complex carbohydrates at night, combined with an appropriate exercise plan will help to combat this change.
