The best oils are regular or organic Virgin olive oil; coconut oil and cold pressed flax oil.
Sesame oil and cold pressed peanut oil are also good.
Coconut oil is popular especially for cooking with, although you have to like the slight taste! (some research suggests it helps boost metabolic rate)
Olive oil is good to cook with as is butter. Sunflower oil is not ideal to cook with as it releases some unhealthy gases.
